This is an 8 week, 2hours/week Experiential introduction to the practical tools of the Compassionate Communication (NVC)process.

The dance between connecting with ourselves, expressing ourselves honestly and empathizing with others through the NVC process: an observation without judgment or evaluation, the feelings present in the body, the needs from which the feelings originate, and a request to meet these needs and enrich life.

Requested payment: $200

For those who want to share Rieki in a small group setting
$7 per week to help cover rental of room
or $20 month (prepaid)
This is for people who have taken the Usui System of Reiki Healing 1st degree, 2nd degree or Master Level
