Hail Caesar: Rome wasn’t built in a day and Caesar is still dead, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the glory of Rome. On March 15th 44 BC Marcus Brutus ended the life of Julius Caesar and in order to celebrate or mourn the treachery and debauchery, (whichever you please), Olindo Chiocca will Marcus the occasion with a number of traditional Roman dishes and family recipes from Rome that reflect the variety and simplicity of Roman Cooking. Togas are optional. Wine pairing will be available with this menu.
