The INTRODUCTION TO RADIANT MIND workshop explores the experience of intrinsic freedom, where we are neither resisting our experience nor grasping for more. Radiant Mind programs use the principles and practices of nondual presence, or unconditioned awareness, to help us discover total freedom in the midst of our conditioned existence. This is a state in which we are aware, relaxed and able to fully embrace all experiences, emotions and thoughts without distortion or the need to escape them.

1) In the physical world of an enthusiastic fitness instructor fending off the inevitable aging process in himself and his clients, a man is visited by memories of his grandmother. He lives in the world of flash and physicality, but is drawn to the labyrinth of memory where his grandmother resides and dares to dance the border between The Here and The Beyond, taking his fitness class along with him.
