Since the last Aquarius Full Moon in early February, circumstances have been shifting and so too are your perspectives. Changes in your public and professional life are highlighted. The Moon comes to Full in Virgo on February 24 at 5 Virgo 23. Interestingly, where last month’s Full Moon in Leo on January 25 was at its ‘perigee’, or its closest approach to Earth which caused it to appear larger, (aka ‘supermoon’), this Full Moon on February 24 is at its ‘apogee’ or farthest point which will make it appear quite small, (aka ‘micromoon’).
Many will refer to it as the ‘Snow Moon’, but this is not entirely accurate as different indigenous cultures refer to it differently. After all, not all of them experience snow in February. It is also known as the Sucker Fish Moon, Full Hunger Moon, Eagle Moon, Deep Snow Moon. It also represents the culmination of the Chinese New Year launch process. So, the Dragon is now in full flight and breathing fire…
The real deal regarding the Astrology of the Full Moon however, is how it lands in your chart. Whatever its apparent size, it is the sign and degree that matters most. The chart regarded ‘as a whole’ is ever important when it comes to interpretation.

Spring is not here yet, but you could feel it is time to do some clutter clearing and to get more organized. This could apply to any area of your life. The goal is to sharpen your focus. The tricky bit is that you might feel a little lost and overwhelmed and will find it difficult to focus as you might like. Perhaps you can at least get organized enough to outline your intention.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)
This Virgo Full Moon will bring inspiration to your cause and perhaps some edgy resolve, as well. The culmination guides you to review what is working and what is not. This includes deepening on relationship fronts where it really matters and aligns with your inner truth, and letting go of other involvements, or at least taking a break.
Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)
This Full Moon is occurring in your solar house of home and family. This means that changes of some kind are shaking in these departments. By extension, these are connected with your overall lifestyle and the realities associated with it. Saturn in Pisces, meanwhile, indicates that your greatest strength now includes surrender and letting go.
Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)
Changes in your overall mode of perception are being activated by this Full Moon. Circumstances are challenging you to adapt to what is beyond any prior beliefs, notions, agendas, assumptions, or alternate plans. The second of a steady series of stelliums, (three or more planets huddle closely in a specific sign), begins today on February 16, and continues into next week.It is comprised of Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto, all in…. Aquarius!It generally constitutes an added boost of power to the year of the Dragon – the launch of which culminates with the Full Moon coming up on February 24.The deeper story includes the fact that as each planet formed a conjunction with Pluto, it activated an approximate 1-year cycle. Ironically, the first of these was Sun conjunct Pluto at 29 Capricorn 59, (the very last minute of the sign of the goat and governments), just hours before both officially entered Aquarius. Now, Venus is adding to the mix with its own smoky, sexy verve. All of this is invariably getting you excited one way or another. With all those amplified desires, how will you respond?
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)
Talk about dynamic! The red flags are flying and while for others these say ‘Stop’, for you in this case, they say ‘Charge’! Jupiter and Uranus both in your sign are steadily building gravity and torque in the background that will culminate on April 20, just as ‘Taurus time’ gets underway. In the meantime, your best bet it is to get the tools and training you need, superstar!

Hopefully, all of this Aquarius energy is alleviating the weight and drag of Capricorn over the past several weeks. The February 9th New Moon is a special one indeed.
First, it is the event that launches the Chinese Year of the growth-oriented and progressive Wood Dragon.
The fact that the Moon is at its ‘perigee’ or closest approach in its elliptical orbit is in keeping with the themes of the dragon and tends to be extra powerful and epic. When the mythic dragon comes on the scene, audacious, and fate-tempting events with magnitudes beyond the usual can be expected over the course of the entire year, and in ways that will have far-reaching implications for us all. So, get ready and, for best results, summon the courage to ride the dragon!
With the two ruling planets of Scorpio so strongly configured in the New Moon chart, which includes Pluto at critical 0 Aquarius at the anchor point and Mars exalted in Capricorn at the highest degree point, there is considerably more charge yet – in fact a motherload, as the saying goes. The Sun/Moon union are also forming a tight square to Uranus, (the ruling planet for Aquarius), in Taurus.
This is further clear evidence that the destined impact will be considerable and could seem to prove quite unexpected, with earth-shaking magnitude.
Social and politically, people will not be bullied or idly pushed aside, especially by perceived injustices and unscrupulous agendas. A clear and strong line is being drawn on the ground today and any current conflicts will prove explosive, as with the farming revolution in Europe for example.
The magnitude of this event is so significant in fact, that it will prove to be the next major chapter in the dawning process of the Aquarian Age that has still yet to achieve its actual sunrise moment, yet which considering its 2,160-year duration, is coming in very quickly now indeed and all the signs of it are all around us.
Of course, few people really understand what it means, but you can be one of the few who do….

Happy Imbolc…, or Groundhog Day!
One might wonder if Ground Hog Day equates to anything Astrological. Well, it so happens it does. This officially marks the mid-point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. Featured in the Lunar Cycle, which is based on a division of the circle by 8, equating to 45-degree segments. Calling this turning point Groundhog Day can be understood as the popular, dumbed-down focus that diminishes awareness of its significance regarding the annual solar cycle.
Traditionally, this time is called “Imbolc” and is phase 2 of 8 and is an expansion phase. Regarding the study of cycles, such times in any cycle can be measured as outer synchronicities, but doing so requires awareness and observation.
That Imbolc coincides with the Moon in Scorpio and at its Last Quarter turn along with the Moon making aspects to Saturn, Venus, Jupiter and Chiron and Mercury (the Moon of the Sun), forming a sextile to Neptune… reveals some of the ingredients specific to this day this year.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)
Despite some degree of interest in social affairs, your focus remains sober and practical. Determined to get a jump on things as 2024 builds momentum, notions of travel and other such frivolities probably hold little appeal at this time. Place tying loose threads of yesteryear at the top of your list. By addressing any unfinished business, or even home projects, you will get ahead.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)
Can you be philosophical and practical at the same time? Well, if it can be done you will be the one to prove it so. A deep dive on how to break through any restrictions for the sake of increase and advancement will bring rewards. Like your Aries friends, you might also be busy cleaning up the results of reckless indulgence from the past. Otherwise, you could just be raking in profits.
Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)
The weight of Capricorn is heavy on you now. The key is to decipher how to lighten the load. Keeping it simple is ever a good choice. Clearing the clutter is one way to achieve this goal. This is a time to ‘travel light and travel free, or at least to prepare to do so. It is true that the process might amount to work, but the reward of purging the past will prove palpably liberating.
Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)
A busy time on relationship fronts continues and it is hardly a time of fun and frolic. Attending to some of the more sobering realities of life is likely now. Of course, the more you accept the challenge with gracious surrender, the more likely will you prevail to be victorious. The other fine print indicates that this process will continue well into March, so pace yourself.
Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)
Some cycles are busier than others and this is sure one of them. Positively, you are feeling inspired by your productivity. The emphasis is strongly associated with your public and professional life, and you do like attention. So, do the work required now and persevere faithfully. Positively, you could even achieve new heights and fame and acclaim, provided you are willing to earn it.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)
A creative impulse is guiding your actions. Rest assured that you are not alone in this busy time. Positively, you are enjoying the inspiration, despite the perspiration required. The key now is to just keep showing up and following through. However, to make the B grade an A, the secret sauce is to be original. How can you do what you do both better and differently?
Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)
Well, at least some of the fun has begun. Hopefully, it is not manifesting as unnecessary drama. If so, focus on keeping it mellow. You are still dealing with some pretty deep-end themes and perhaps the challenges that come with them. If you are healthily centered and surrendered, carry on. However, any imbalances or resistances will be amplified now. Observe, reflect, and take notes.
Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)
Changes on relationship fronts are now and will keep on rolling in for the next few weeks. This is your cue to keep an open mind and get clear regarding your options. While patience does remain a keyword and will for some time yet, it involves productive perseverance. Success requires that you ‘pay your dues’ where and as necessary. Your job is to decipher what they are.
Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)
Many new thoughts and realizations are shaking in your mind and will likely manifest externally as well. The time is right to think practically and constructively. The time has come to build upon new foundations. Yet, the key to proceeding with confidence is to identify your fears and then to confront them. Among the biggest fears are change and endings.
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)
What do you value most, want, and need? These and other such questions are important questions to ask at this time. Asking the right questions and then entering a state of mind to receive answers is your task. The answers can come from outer signs of synchronicity, from realizations gained in meditative states, messages received in dreams, and so on…
Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)
Mercury entering your sign this week will awaken you to a new round of contemplation and communication. Your conversations are likely to include thoughts about the future and prospective moves, whether figurative or literal. Once the discussion begins, you will become more focused and assertive regarding what you feel you want in terms of new experiences.
Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)
Aquarius time is one during which your unique imagination tends to get ignited. Using this time to be inventive and innovative is especially emphasized this year. As well, this trend will continue into March as Mercury, Venus, and Mars enter Aquarius over the coming weeks and are supported by the coming New Moon. Tune in and use this streak of genius to your best advantage.

Tip of the Week:
The Leo Full Moon on January 25 has everyone sharing inspiring insights and reflections about it. The first of the year and in the sign of the Sun are some of the good reasons to be excited. Commonly, it is referred to as the Wolf Moon. Interestingly, in some years it is in Cancer while during others, it is in Leo, like 2024.
It should be noted, however, that casually referring to it as the Wolf Moon with nonchalant confidence is an assumption because it was named differently by different cultures the world over, and the list of different titles is long, as might be imagined. I have also read some posts that enthusiastically encourage people to plant their seeds while others are referring to it as new beginnings. Astrologically, the deeper truth is that the Full Moon is symbolic of releasing all that has culminated but which does not authentically align or hold much, if any, real importance, anymore. As well, regarding beginnings, a Full Moon signifies the ‘beginning of the end…’, of the current lunar cycle.
The two-week waning cycle is largely devoted to follow-through, but also to reflection and introspection to digest, assimilate, and refine, as well as begin the planning process for the actual seeding time of the next New Moon.
The best seeds are those that align with the themes of the sign it occurs in. Interestingly, the next New Moon occurs in Aquarius and marks the first day of the Year of the Wood Dragon.
This week’s Horoscope will shed some light on the Moon cycle for each sign, from the January 11th New Moon in Capricorn to the January 25th Full Moon in Leo.

Since the New moon occurred in Capricorn, the anchor to this Full Moon in Leo was in your solar house of career, public life, and social standing. So, the emphasis now is on creativity and summoning a bold, courageous spirit to think out of the box. This includes innovation and perhaps also requires steps and measures toward reinvention.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)
Seeing a bigger picture is the anchor theme for this lunation cycle. It includes recognizing the signs of the future that are coming fast now. What will thrive and what will not survive are questions to ask. Looking to the future with all four hooves firmly planted will guide you to direct your focus to what is truly important. Deep changes are brewing and the New Moon earlier this month on January 11 activated your clear realization of them. Now with the January 25th Full Moon, the emphasis is on looking to the future with a detached and philosophical perspective with full willingness to adapt accordingly. This is one of those times when ‘who’ you know may prove more important than ‘what’.
Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)
New beginnings on relationship fronts is a central theme now. It requires you to think critically, which includes a weave of empathy, instinct, intuition reason, and imagination. Change is in the air, and this will become increasingly obvious. For now, focus on where you can make wise investments of your time, energy, and money.
Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)
Changes in your overall lifestyle were seeded by the recent New Moon on January 11. This includes health and the disciplined and strategic focus required to achieve it. Among the bigger challenges are pride, reaction, and reckless rebellion. Focusing to be clearer and more conscientious in your communications will help win the day.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)
A creative burst of energy was activated by the January 11th Capricorn New Moon. Now with the Sun in Aquarius, the focus is on follow-through and refinement supported by creative, critical thinking. The Leo Full Moon is offering a nudge to get clear on what feeds your spirit and what does not. This process will continue, so take note and make a list.
Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)
