jeffYour Community Real Estate Agent in Nelson BC.

It didn’t take long for Jeff and his family to decide that Nelson was a special place when they rolled through town in 2011. It was a stunning August day and a few hours spent exploring local businesses on Baker Street, viewing houses in Uphill, and playing at Lakeside Park was all it took to convince them that Nelson was that perfect place to call home. Coming from a non-profit and media background, Jeff has deep roots in BC’s sustainable agriculture community; working all along the food chain from farm and retail to distribution and public relations. Much of his time in Vancouver was spent with FarmFolkCityFolk Society, working to build a just and sustainable food system in BC. His writing, also mostly focused on food and agriculture, has been featured in regional, national and international publications including The Tyee, BC Business, The Walrus and TreeHugger.

Jeff is Nelson’s top listing and selling real estate agent in Nelson since the beginning of 2015* and is focused on quality service and giving back to the community. His goal for 2016 is to raise $12,500 for the local community by donating at least 5% of every real estate commission to a charitable organization of his client’s choice. Giving back is his way of investing in the community that he and his family call home.

Get in touch if you’re buying or selling in Nelson and help build our community!

Looking for permanate home for 3 stable adults

Looking for permanate home for 3 stable adults

Greetings! I am in the process of getting myself and my two roommates into a new home as our lease was broken due to circumstances beyond our control of the house going onto the market.
We are all fully employed adults, financially stable, clean and reliable. We have been paying comfortably near $3000 for a 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. We would like to find something comfortable and long-term once again. There is a housing shortage in the city of Nelson and potentially surrounding area in any direction, so any reasonable options are taken and considered seriously. We are in a hurry but we also have some time to find something suitable.
