Canadian Cancer Society – Kootenay Region

Create a world where no Canadian fears cancer. Did you know that 2 in 5 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer? This means that every one of us will be touched in some way by cancer throughout our lifetime. Each volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society plays an important role in the fight against cancer.

Join our team of 20,000 dedicated volunteers from across BC and the Yukon. By becoming a volunteer you can spread the word about cancer prevention, raise funds, or support people living with cancer. Plus, you will gain new skills, meet great people and connect with your community.

It’s important work, and we need the support of many to make it happen!
