Helen Kissinger, Personal Trainer, I work with many people who wish to improve upon their health and lifestyle. The strategy that I use is to assess a client’s health status based on simple testing of health markers, to create a base level from which to create a healthy living plan. I like a challenge and I like working with people who are challenging because when I help them realize a physical goal, they are empowered, thankful, and eager to try new things. I have been successful in helping many people because of my approach to their fitness goals and that coupled with years of hands on experience; I deliver programs that can get people moving. I have a tremendous amount of patience and great active listening skills so I am able to connect well with most people. Many people who know me and have worked with me are impressed with my ability to observe movement and then correct and teach the subtle movement required for functional movement.
