I am a hereditary Metis Medicine woman living here in the West Kootenays since 1990.
I carry a Shiatsu degree, a Doula certificate, many years of study with three main women Native and Metis elders, one a Hopi elder, one a Sinixt elder and one a Metis elder.
My skills run from Doula services, ceremonial services for births and deaths, land acknowledgements in the Sinxit Arrow Lakes Indian domain, Shiatsu massage, Reiki, Toning/ Colour therapy, Smudge,Realigning your land/ home from negative energies, Big drum/ rattle ceremonies and Sinixt rattle making, aura cleansing, beadwork, moccasin making, abd past life regression – native style.
