Hello,
My house of almost 7 years is up for sale soon. It’s downtown Nelson and its a 3 bedroom home that i have enjoyed over the years living with a variety of roommates. My current landlord and I have maintained a wonderful relationship and she is able to provide a great reference if needed. I would like to downsize into a place to live with my son (2) and my 2 cats. I keep a nice tidy home and we are pretty quiet and chill. I enjoy being out in nature, maintaining a holistic, balanced lifestyle and i don’t party. I am open to something out of town (Valley or 6 mile etc.). I really hope to find something suitable by May or June 1.
