SUBJECT: Nelson Police Department File 2020-4129
The Nelson Police Department is requesting the assistance of the general public to identify 2 persons of interest in an ongoing mischief investigation. In the overnight hours of 14-15 August 2020, a male and a female were captured on surveillance cameras causing damage to businesses and properties in the Mall and Downtown areas of Nelson. Their pictures are attached.
The male is described as light-skinned Caucasian, average height, thin build, mid 30’s, longer curly brown hair in a pony tail, with a trimmed beard. He wore khaki pants, and a light grey or khaki short sleeved collared shirt. He wore a black or dark coloured backpack.
The female is described as light-skinned Caucasian, shorter, slim build, late 20’s to early 30’s, with shoulder length dark hair. She wore dark pants, a tie dyed short sleeved shirt, grey ankle boots, and a pink shawl or scarf. She carried a shoulder bag.
The Nelson Police would like to identify these persons of interest to further their criminal investigation.
