Tip of the Week:
This is a big week! Mercury turns stationary retrograde on September 9 and the Moon waxes to Full in Pisces on the 10th. Then there is the anniversary of 9/11 on the 11th, the day the world powerfully changed forever. On that very day, the Moon in Aries forms a conjunction to Jupiter followed by Chiron on the 12th, igniting appeals for reconsideration and justice. The Mercury Retrograde cycle includes about half the days in Libra and the other half in Virgo. The Full Moon at 17 Pisces 41 carries within it a dynamic, colorful, emotional and imaginative energy pattern. Thanks to a socially stimulating aspect to Uranus in Taurus, it could prove to be a wonderful window of opportunity to enjoy the last official weeks of summer. Moods are likely to be up and mannerisms largely harmonious and positive, if somewhat dreamy and impressionable – a good time to attend a live performance or go on a ‘healing journey’ on the wings of memory and imagination.
Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)
Making specific improvements and repairs is featured this week. These may be directed to relationships as well as to your physical environment. Either way, your energy levels should be up, inspiring you to venture out beyond any usual comfort zone. If you go, do so with someone you love.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)
Creative projects guided by beauty and excellence will ignite your passions this week. Doing so will uplift your spirits. Just be sure to play the roles of author, producer, director and actor, to some extent at least. This is not a time to be relegated to background staff, Picasso!
Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)
Virgo time tends to activate both your practical plan and design intuitions, on one hand, and your cleansing and purging instincts, on the other. This can be interpreted as a time to do renovations. This can be literal regarding your material world, or they can prove more emotional and psychological.
Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)
A noticeable activation of your perspectives towards new interpretations is likely of late. These will be guided by an adventurous spirit of imaginative euphoria colored with philosophical hues. Some measure of determination and courage may be required, however, to break through cognitive dissonance.
Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)
Getting clearer about what is important to you, what is high on the list of your priorities, is prompting you to ask ‘what do I want’? Countering these and other such reflections with an outline of your more pressing responsibilities will help you to get clear regarding what is desired, what is possible and what is genuinely needed.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)
The weekend’s Full Moon will serve to illuminate your relationship life with bright colors and a dash of drama, or two. An ardent charge of vim and vigor will guide your aspirations to manifest works of art and beauty. Weave wine or some other elixir of wonder with romance to embrace the rapture.
Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)
An impulse to retreat has more to do with inner exploration than mere respite. Such windows of opportunity are rarer than not, and beckon a fuller embrace and imagination. Like hopping on the magic bus, this is your invitation to explore uncharted realms according to your nature and style.
Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)
Sparkling lights of individuality want to well up from the deeper reaches of your mind. Yet, it is for you to allow them the opportunity. In doing so, you will be flooded with waves of inspired imagination able to open hidden chambers of wonder-hosting magic. How will you do it?
Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)
That which makes you believe you know more than you actually might will be activated by this Full Moon. This realm of imagination and intuition is the means by which your mind reaches beyond fact to consider fantastic possibilities. Rendering these as fact may have to do more with belief, but is still a thrill!
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)
The reason you reach for realism is not because you are more realistic in your core, but less. Yes, less. Your soul chose the Sun of Capricorn to bring you down to earth again or perhaps to scale the slopes of Olympus, literally or figuratively, both requiring diligent, dutiful discipline. Imagine that! Can you hear the trumpets?
Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)
Virgo time is one during which the opportunity to shed old skins becomes more available. What changes do you desire? The Pisces Full Moon meanwhile is like a deep pond with more at the bottom than mud and beckons you to dive in to discover what wonders await your will to transform and be reborn.
Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)
Who are you? Simple answers will not do because you are much more than you probably know. Taking the risk to allow this unknowing to open your mind to new realizations and interpretations is the way of the spiritual warrior. Be willing to awaken the sleeping aspects of your sense of self.
