Tip of the Week:
We are in the final days of the Zodiac, which ends with Pisces and starts anew with Aries on March 19.
Where Aries is the Alpha sign, the first letter of the Greek ‘Alpha’-bet, and directly associated with the letter A in our own, and is symbolic of being first, (proactive, pioneering assertions), Pisces is the Omega sign. “Last but not least” as the saying goes, the ‘OM’ of Omega should be the first clue regarding its spiritual significance.
The journey from ego assertion, or the natural will to individuate and ‘become’, as with Alpha, invariably arrives at the spiritual aspiration to realign with soul and source, as with Omega.
True spirituality or higher religious orientation is a science, complete with logic, structure, order, and formulaic theorems and practical strategies. Unlike the lower aspirations of religion which include blind faith and fear-provoked obedience to a priest class or craft, or a worldly hierarchy assuming the intermediary position between you and your soul, source, God, (or whatever other term one might prefer), spiritual science does require intelligence, intuition, and sincerity to learn.
Spiritual science does not include this ‘obedient’ factor but rather celebrates free will. Yet, what it does do is illumine and inspire you to direct your mind, focus, and heart to align with your soul. Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)
Mercury in your sign already, will join with Chiron coinciding with the official start of spring. These events should activate you to push through the winter blues to remedy what is necessary. The full measure of your drive may take a few weeks yet. Make the most of this momentum-building push before Mars submerges into Pisces.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)
Some cycles are better for doing inner work or attending to matters behind the scenes. This focus has likely already begun, as circumstances push you to take care of matters you might otherwise gladly avoid. Yet, a bold resolve continues to inspire your actions and a determined follow-through will see you through spring’s gate.
Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)
A dreamy, reflective, and philosophical mood has been steadily shifting towards an assertive push forward. Circumstances are pushing you to take new initiatives These require a balance of steadfast resolve and a versatile approach. Other contributing themes include surrender, unlearning, and letting go.
Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)
An assertive drive already underway will shift decidedly into the next higher gear by the end of this week. A yearning for a clear window to make your move lingers. If you can get away, as with an escape from it all, you will do your utmost to go. Fortunately, your energy levels will rise steadily along with the new season.
Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)
The Sun entering Aries will give you a boost. Mercury there already is spurring you on to a vision quest of some kind. Deepening your understanding of yourself and others is featured. This cycle is hardly over, in fact in some regards you are advancing to the next major phase. It all amounts to a spiritual deep dive.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)
This last week of winter ends with a shuffling on relationship fronts. The recent Pisces New Moon included a strong strip of Scorpio, which implies themes of regeneration, death, and rebirth. Fortunately, Venus is playing a supporting role and her positive influence will steadily increase through early April.
Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)
Sun currently, Saturn, Neptune, Venus, and Mars soon all in Pisces are the instigators of your focus on health. Neptune has been there since spring 2011, so the process has been long and drawn out. Saturn entered Pisces this time last year and will be there until June 2025. Altogether, these factors indicate health challenges.
Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)
Creative strategies to meet the challenges of our changing times and your own personal journey are the call now. Taking an independent and strategic lead is indicated. The emphasis on this trend will continue for several weeks so act on it now. The spring sun will provide an added boost to your efforts.
Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)
Pisces time tends to find you cuddled in close to home, as much as you can. This year that urge is probably extra strong. Venus there could be stimulating a romantic mood but could be redirected to at least creating a cozy glow. The spring energy will fuel your fires and Mercury in Aries is already warming things up.
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)
Your imagination is probably working overtime these days, for better or worse. It can be the factor that inspires lofty vision and higher ideals, or it could contribute to conjuring negative scenarios complete with all the senses involved. If so, turn it around now by disrupting the pattern and directing your thoughts to achieve a higher vibe.
Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)
Putting in extra time, effort, or perhaps money to support new interests is an important theme now. Positively, it will lead you to a whole new scope of perspectives very soon, and this trend will continue through much of spring. Bringing some of your latent talents to the fore is important and will bring rewards.
Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)
Some cycles require that we put in more time establishing new foundations, like the one you are in now. Faithful perseverance is ever important regarding success and achievement, and is an important feature of the plot now. Venus in your sign inspires beautiful expressions and Mars soon will activate more drive.
