Hi Nelson, I am a counsellor in town and have lived in Nelson since 2016. I am looking for a new home in town (or max 5 minutes away) either sharing with one or two others or living on my own. Looking for a long-term home (no short-term sublets please) 
I am clean, quiet, responsible, respectful, friendly, and always pay rent on time, usually early. I would love to create a sanctuary-like space with someone where we both feel comfortable to unwind and care for ourselves and would also love to connect with whoever I live with, whether that’s through eating a meal together, going for a ski or climb, having tea, crafting, etc. when we both feel the urge, with no pressure. I love to meditate, do yoga, read, journal, cook and spend a lot of my spare time outdoor adventuring- climbing, skiing, etc… I don’t drink or party or smoke and can provide excellent local references from previous landlords/landladies. I have a fair amount of outdoor gear so some storage space would be very much appreciated!
