Furnished Room + Office for rent Jan 1st $1250
Looking for a reliable and considerate roommate to share my spacious, fully-furnished 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment right across from the golf club in Rosemont. The third room is set up as a private office/studio, exclusively for the person renting.
The rent is $1,250 per month, plus utilities (around $60 in winter, $30 during summer), and includes your own bedroom and the private office (two separate rooms). You’ll also have your own bathroom for added privacy.
Ideally, looking for someone who will take the lease until September 2025, at that time the landlord will move back in.
About me:
I take pride in keeping things clean and organized and always treat other people’s belongings with care and respect. I’m really into the outdoors and staying active. When I’m not skiing on the hill, I’m probably at the gym! I’m not much into partying or late nights, but I do enjoy hosting dinners with friends or the occasional board game night. I try to be mindful of noise to respect both neighbors and roommates.
I can provide references from previous roommates or landlords if needed.
