For strapping down items on your vehicle’s roof when your do not have places to secure to.. one goes under hood ..other inside vehicle at back end …I have two pairs ..$30 for each pair …selling both pairs ($60 total then )..they are $40 each pair plus taxes …you save $10 plus taxes on each pair …so, $20 plus taxes you save …Never used except to see how they worked ..but didn’t need .after purchasing these .
