I was renting two rooms to skiers over the winter and they have just recently left for their summer jobs elsewhere. So I have two furnished bedrooms available for rent, possibly three.
Each room has its own attached private bathroom.
The shared area of the house has a Kitchen, dinning area, livingroom, den, laundry. There are also some great outside areas, huge patio with view down the lake, bbq area, garden space if wanted, etc
Rent is 950 per month with a signed rental agreement. Available no or May 1st till Aug 30th. Single occupancy only.
There is no smoking or vaping of anything allowed in the house. Lots of outside space to smoke or vape anything you want. Also no pets re allowed in the house.
