Looking for responsible, long-term tenants, ideally a couple, for a furnished 2 BR (1 BR & and office space) home on a lovely quiet acre of land in sunny Shoreacres (between Nelson and Castlegar).
This has a full basement, potential garden space, and front and back yards. There are a washer and dryer in the home and plenty of parking. Rent is $1800 and includes all utilities – including ridiculously high speed internet.
