Hey there! I’m a second-year UBCO Master of Social Work student offering low-fee clinical counselling sessions on traditional, unceded Sinixt, Ktunaxa, and Syilx lands: now based in Nelson after my recent move from the Okanagan. I’m supervised from January-April 2025 by two registered counsellors in private practice.
My primary interest is working with couples, both in private sessions and through facilitating a Hold Me Tight workshop series. Other interests include working with families and individuals to move through trauma, mood concerns (stress, anxiety, depression), and social justice issues (systemic oppression and inequality, Indigenous rights) – or whatever else may be on your mind!
Sessions are $60 for individuals and couples, and sliding scale is available.
I’m available Sunday-Tuesdays at my supervisors’ offices in downtown Nelson.
