• This full-time, temporary position runs from May 11 to July 31 2026, and will work primarily at our head office on Baker Street in beautiful Nelson, BC.
The Print Production Coordinator plays a central role within the Marketing team, balancing design execution with production coordination. This position oversees the intake, organization, and flow of graphic requests while also contributing to the creation of visual assets. Working closely with the Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that projects move efficiently from concept through to print, bringing the festival’s visual identity to life across signage, decor, and wayfinding systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate signage production timelines, tracking deliverables from concept through to installation.
• Liaise with multiple departments to manage print production, materials, proofs, and deadlines.
• Create and adapt visual assets for signage, decor, and printed assets.
• Prepare and preflight files for print, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and production readiness.
• Manage and prioritize workload to support the Graphic Designer and production team.
• Maintain and organize digital assets, file structures, and naming conventions.
• Support print and fabrication processes including mounting, trimming, and assembly, as needed.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment with brand identity and project timelines.
Qualifications:
• Experience in production coordination, project management, or operations (creative industry an asset).
• Degree, coursework, or experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are considered assets.

Pay Rate:
