Hello! My roommate and I are subletting our apartment from May 1st 2025 to August 31st 2025. We are conveniently located at Hall Mines Rd and Kootenay St, only a few minutes from downtown.
We will not be returning after August 31st 2025. So, there is also an option to sign a lease from May 1st 2025 to August 31st 2026.
If leased only from May 1st 2025 to August 31st 2025, you would have first dibs on signing a lease from Sept 1st 2025 to August 31st 2026.
