NOTICE TO PUBLIC – GRIZZLY FAMILY HAS RETURNED TO NELSON
Please note that the mama grizzly and her two yearlings, who were recently relocated out of the community, have returned.
All officials and local governments are aware, and we are asking the community to report any sightings of these bears to the RAPP hotline.

Important tips to reduce wildlife and human interactions:
Secure Trash Bins
Do not put your waste out before collection day (Eg. the night before)
Remove bird feeders and other attractants in your yard
Harvest your fruit and nut trees; pick up fallen fruit etc.
Clean BBQs and outdoor grills
