Tip of the Week:

The waxing of the Libra triple planet New Moon (Sun + Moon + Mars all at 13 Libra) that occurred on October 6 is now underway. Looking at the chart as a whole, which is the key to understanding the destiny theme behind every New Moon, Venus, the ruling planet for Libra, is in Scorpio, the sign of espionage. Adding to this charged triple conjunction; Uranus is also positioned at 13 degrees, but of Taurus. This is a reflection of the economic reset underway. Mercury retrograde at 20-degrees Libra emphasizes heightened information exchange, nervously shared. Pluto was ‘stationary direct’ (SD) which means that it was at its most apparent standstill. The outer synchronicity of this stands to be a strong counter push from mainstream authorities to social revolutionary opposition. It is worth noting that the relative state of freedom and democracy we all enjoy currently, or until recently, was hard won by revolutionaries who recognized that freedom traded for security leads to having neither.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

A dance of diplomacy reveals a mix of high and powerful leaps, graceful pirouettes and brilliant choreography. This metaphor refers to strong communications and exchanges on relationship fronts. The tone and tenor will prove dramatic and palpable. Yet, just as much will be occurring in your subconscious mind, life may suddenly seem surreal.

Horoscope for the Week:  October 1, 2021

Tip of the Week:

October begins with the Moon in its last quarter, Mercury is retrograde and Pluto is the planet of highest degree. Altogether, this illustrates some of the complexities of our times. Harmony-oriented Venus will assume the position of highest degree planet by the 2^nd but due to its  transit  through Scorpio,  the intensity and intrigue will  not only not be abated, it will be exacerbated. Venus will hold this position until after the New Moon occurring at 13 Libra which will on October 6. Thus, the power plays from authorities continue. By October 7,  Venus will yield the lead back to Pluto and it will  hold it until  the 18^th when the sun takes the lead, holding it for just shy of a week, just long enough to pass it on to Mars. What all this implies is that we can expect governments to play hard ball at a whole new level well into October before being countered by an ardent push back from rebellious factions.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Mercury retrograde could have the effect of increasing your charm. The main issue is that it could lead to saying what you think others want to hear. This step away from your usual assertiveness could win approval, but prove costly. Meanwhile, your sights are set on the future and in your heart of hearts you want to fight the good fight.

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

A busy time working on important changes, both within and without, are underway. You are willing to do your part, but you also want help. The workload is heavier than usual, but you feel   charged to overcome obstacles. Your mood is passionate and determined but your direction may be more like a zigzag than a straight line.

Horoscope for the Week:  September 24, 2021

Tip of the Week:

The last season of the year, the final quarter, has begun. 2021 has already been eventful and dramatic but it is quite possible that the next three months will make the previous 9 seem like the three periods leading to overtime in the playoffs. And yet it will also prove disrupting and confusing especially as we progress through October and following the culminating New Moon in Libra that occurs on October 6. Metaphorically, imagine you were at a very large indoor gathering and it is very dark outside and suddenly the lights go out completely for several minutes and then, just as suddenly, turn on again with all the flood lights as well causing something of a blinding, startling effect disrupting your entire mindset, perception and attitude prior to the event. Add to this that something significant that was in the room prior, like the head table, was no longer there. It will be interesting to see how this metaphor manifests as various outer synchronicities. P.S. Mercury Retrograde: September27 – October 19.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

The Sun in Libra will activate your desires and this should already be evident. Managing this burst of passion and drive will require extra effort. In some respects you will not want to, while in others, you may not be able to. Striking the middle ground, you could impress yourself and others with diplomatic charm and subtlety.

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

Horoscope for the Week:  September 17 2021 Tip of the Week: Autumn Equinox occurs on September 22.  Among the most significant attributes of the chart cast for this exact moment is the Full Moon in Aries – a highly reactive placement. Mars in Libra and Venus in Scorpio, although in mutual reception, add revolutionary depth and other relationship complexities to the plot. Mercury, also in justice and fairness oriented Libra, is in close opposition to the Moon and both are posing an exact 90-degree angle to Pluto. This is a potent aspect pattern called a T-square. Under the waxing light of the Virgo new Moon seed, Venus enters Scorpio on September10 and Mars enters Libra on the 15^th. These are both complicated sign transits for the celestial lovers. Venus in Scorpio will activate deep desires and Mars in Libra can prove edgy and provocative. Yet, they are also in ‘mutual reception’ meaning each is in the other’s ruling sign which contributes a positive influence. It is never a given how these influences will manifest, as is always true in astrology. There is a subjective factor at play and it too has many layers of complexity. Yet, the synchronicities are ever occurring and seeing the true value of the planetary alignments and how these are aligning with and activating your Birth Chart is where consulting an astrologer comes to the fore. In fact, so prevalent are they that existence itself can be understood as a symphony of synchronicities at a cosmic scale.

Horoscope for the Week:  September 3, 2021

Tip of the Week:

All the far planets, Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto currently retrograde remain a headline theme. Far planets retrograde generally produce a counter-culture impulse, something of an Aquarian theme. Thus, mainstream trends and narratives become opposed. This status will continue until October 8 when Pluto takes the lead turning direct again. Then Saturn and Jupiter follow suit on October 12 and 20. Then Neptune on December 4, then Chiron on the 21^st Winter Solstice Day and then, just hours before the Sun enters Aquarius on January 20, Uranus also finally resumes forward motion.

Altogether, this reveals that the revolutionary impulse is strong and will remain especially so for the next six months. Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius as well, adds to the plot measurably which when retrograde in become increasingly impatient for the future and are oriented to break free from conventional attitudes and orientations. Others who oppose or disagree will be ‘unfriended’ or at least avoided for a while. For now anyway, the social divide will widen.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Balancing social activities with a steadily stronger orientation towards practical interests continues. Meanwhile, bringing your truth down to earth to be heard and shared also remains strong. A learning curve is implied and you may feel a little nervous about that.  Yet, your confidence levels combined with your ambitions will push you to persevere and to break free of internal resistance.

 Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)

A time of retreat, reflection and contemplation continues. Yet, you are also putting the feelers out there. This may include diplomatic measures as you aspire to win the recognition, favor and patronage of potential clients and business partners. Although you recognize the need to  be patient, this is perhaps your greatest area of  challenge.

Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

Your sense of individuality is strong now. It is pushing you to take a stand. This may also be stirring fears. Yet, these are countered by a powerful impulse to assert yourself as an individual, emphasizing your rights and freedoms. How you interpret these is another matter and you may be confronted with opposition. While sympathetic, you will not be easily swayed.

You may even feel called to start new ones. Although you have many demands on your focus, you are determined to emphasize your democratic rights and freedoms.

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

Understanding the bigger picture and feeling the impulse to make a difference continues as a central theme. Getting clear on what you deem important, factual, true and integral is all part of the plot. You could even undergo a complete reversal of prior held notions. You feel determined to build for the future but you need to have faith in it.

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)

Society is undergoing tremendous changes and so too are   you more personally. Your changes may be understood as directly related to the outer state of affairs, yet they are destined to occur now just the same. The good news is that this mini-metamorphic process, which will continue for another few weeks, could lead to a new sense of freedom.

Shifts and changes on relationship fronts continue. These include subtle but sure and very real inner changes in your perceptions and interpretations, as well. This process will continue well into October so focus to cooperate as consciously and patiently as you can.
