Horoscope for the Week:  September 3, 2021

Tip of the Week:

All the far planets, Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto currently retrograde remain a headline theme. Far planets retrograde generally produce a counter-culture impulse, something of an Aquarian theme. Thus, mainstream trends and narratives become opposed. This status will continue until October 8 when Pluto takes the lead turning direct again. Then Saturn and Jupiter follow suit on October 12 and 20. Then Neptune on December 4, then Chiron on the 21^st Winter Solstice Day and then, just hours before the Sun enters Aquarius on January 20, Uranus also finally resumes forward motion.

Altogether, this reveals that the revolutionary impulse is strong and will remain especially so for the next six months. Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius as well, adds to the plot measurably which when retrograde in become increasingly impatient for the future and are oriented to break free from conventional attitudes and orientations. Others who oppose or disagree will be ‘unfriended’ or at least avoided for a while. For now anyway, the social divide will widen.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Balancing social activities with a steadily stronger orientation towards practical interests continues. Meanwhile, bringing your truth down to earth to be heard and shared also remains strong. Your sense of individuality has and will grow stronger. Your sights are set on a brighter future and you will fight for it as necessary.

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

The emphasis on creative projects continues.  Making improvements, refinements, repairs, and any other adjustments required to increase the beauty and efficacy of your focus is featured. Taking new leads and strides professionally is part of the plot and although the going may be tough, you are determined to push through any opposition.

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)

Cleaning and clearing the clutter was phase one and may continue. Phase two included a creative focus to increase and expand. This may include the lure of adventure. A philosophical mood also lingers but requires you to take pioneering leads into unchartered territory of knowledge. You are aware of the social revolution yet you may also feel confused about it.

Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)

Healthy is beautiful and you are focused to prove this true. Cleaning and clearing is a feature of healthy and you may feel inspired to dig into the corners. Changes continue to rumble on relationship fronts, meanwhile. You would also like to make changes and improvements in this arena, as well. Yet, you may not feel sure of your position of what to do.

Focusing to increase your income stream includes a process of critical analysis. Adjustments are probably required and you may feel the need to strengthen your overall foundation. Tip of the Week:

The Sun, now in Virgo as of August 22, brings its solar energy to Mercury and Mars already in Virgo. The sign of critical thinking and analysis, Virgo often manifests as a strict adherence to empirical facts. In its lower or most basic expression, Virgo simply organizes the facts into logical compartments. In its higher expression, Virgo is associated with holism which can basically be understood as all the parts functioning with all the other parts, whereby the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Holism in its most material expression can be recognized as a machine that requires every part in it, in order to function as it is intended.

Venus in Libra in its most basic expression, meanwhile, activates the appreciation of beauty and harmony. On a more social and political level, it is synchronizing with the aspiration towards fairness and justice. Of course, these are ever subject to perception and interpretation, which are also subject to spin. In like manner, the higher principles of holism present the aspiration to realize the higher ideal socially and politically. As it is, compartmentalization of perception is an ever-present factor.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Although summer only officially ends at the equinox in later September, Virgo time tends to redirect our focus to more practical matters and away from the fun-in-the-sun aspirations of Leo. Leo time yields to Virgo just hours after the Moon waxes to Full, and for the second time in a row in Aquarius. While not an extremely rare event, it is somewhat and worthy of mention. This is especially true since this Aquarius Full Moon occurs at the critical 29^th degree. Positively, this degree is recognized to share association with the higher spiritual alignment. As is the case with the glyph symbol of Aquarius, which is comprised of two wavy lines, principles of vibration and frequency are illustrated. As spiritually aware people recognize, higher vibrations refer to higher dimensions of existence.

As the sign most closely associated with holism, Virgo reveals the appreciation of the technical complexity of the fabric of existence. Whether defined as the engineering of the manifest universe or as metaphysics, both interpretations recognize the inherently intelligent design. Aquarius is also symbolic of illumination of consciousness, or enlightenment, which refers directly to this realization. Ironically, mainstream science asserts that existence is random, which ranks as the most illogical theory of nature ever conceived.

Tip of the Week:

Summer season has officially peaked and we are now on the downward slide towards equinox. By now, the hours of daylight are noticeably shorter. This annual rhythmic pattern revealing the intimate relationship shared between Earth and Sun is much more significant psychologically and spiritually than is commonly realized. That the weather patterns are so chaotic, however, can be understood as a synchronicity of the human condition and the chaotic shift of energies linked to the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

Jupiter and Saturn both currently retrograde in Aquarius are playing major roles in this epic tale of the shift of ages. Together they reveal the revolutionary impulse that is changing the social dynamic on a global scale. The many various players on the world stage, regardless of their apparent power and influence are invariably pawns moved by inner forces both within their own subconscious mind and linked to subtle dimensions behind the larger destiny rhythms. Experiences, lessons and tests are the common denominator and we each are accountable to the laws of karma, no exceptions.

The Leo New Moon occurs on August 8 and it is a powerful one. Eclipses are not the only powerful Moon events and the so-called ‘Super Moons’ would rank as the mirage that they are compared to the understanding of what constitutes a truly powerful New Moon. Understanding when such a powerful cycle will occur is where actual astrology comes to the fore. The exact degree of this New Moon will produce a tower-toppling effect wherever false witness and lies have attempted to build edifices of power out of sticks and straw. This is not to say that the forces activated will not confront opposition. Yet, this marks a decisive time, a turning and an emergence of collectivity that will sweep the globe. Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus will play leading roles altogether contributing to a powerful revolutionary juncture whose time has come! This is how synchronicity works and is already evident and will escalate measurably in the weeks to come.

Horoscope for the Week:  July 30, 2021

Tip of the Week:

The Moon enters its last quarter phase as August begins. The complexity of the waning process may prove palpable due to these complex times.  Currently, Mars has entered Virgo as of July 29 just hours after forming a dramatic opposition with Jupiter in Leo and Aquarius respectively. Generally, this aspect produces a pull between the drive to achieve and a desire to play. Self-discipline and the need to be more patient is the usual advice, which does not sound like much fun, yet is best achieved with an aspiration to find the sweet spot in-between.

Yet, since both Mars and Jupiter are at the critical and charged 29^th degree of Leo and Aquarius, and given the continued drama on the global stage including heavy governmental restrictions, mass protests and severe weather patterns,  achieving this will  prove even more challenging than it would  usually. This is where gaining a clearer and deeper perspective on your own personal destiny that astrology can offer could prove even more helpful than usual.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

You want to play, but circumstances may be preventing you from feeling at peace and able to enter the flow.
