Horoscope for the Week:  September 24, 2021

Tip of the Week:

The last season of the year, the final quarter, has begun. 2021 has already been eventful and dramatic but it is quite possible that the next three months will make the previous 9 seem like the three periods leading to overtime in the playoffs. And yet it will also prove disrupting and confusing especially as we progress through October and following the culminating New Moon in Libra that occurs on October 6. Metaphorically, imagine you were at a very large indoor gathering and it is very dark outside and suddenly the lights go out completely for several minutes and then, just as suddenly, turn on again with all the flood lights as well causing something of a blinding, startling effect disrupting your entire mindset, perception and attitude prior to the event. Add to this that something significant that was in the room prior, like the head table, was no longer there. It will be interesting to see how this metaphor manifests as various outer synchronicities. P.S. Mercury Retrograde: September27 – October 19.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

The Sun in Libra will activate your desires and this should already be evident. Managing this burst of passion and drive will require extra effort. In some respects you will not want to, while in others, you may not be able to. Striking the middle ground, you could impress yourself and others with diplomatic charm and subtlety.

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

Venus in Scorpio will wet your whistle even more this week than since it entered a couple of weeks ago. You will work diligently to fulfill your desires thanks to the Sun, Mercury and Mars in Libra. Mercury there will already increase your critical thinking faculties yet will also support you to exercise refinement and grace in your communications.

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)

You have entered a creative and expansive cycle. It could inspire you to feel more playful, romantic and adventurous. On the other hand, you may also dive into a creative project. A busy time close to home continues. Cleaning, clearing and purging all for the sake of beautifying and establishing a new flow and state of harmony are central themes. Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)

Your mind is extra busy of late. You yearn to learn, know and understand. A commitment to being awake and aware is part of the plot. Focusing to ground and establish what began weeks ago is now in focus. This can also be understood as digesting and assimilating knowledge ingested. And then there is the elimination process which includes clearing the way for new rounds. The learning curve will also continue steadily for some time and is pushing you to integration.

You continue to forge ahead taking new leads and strides. Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

A period of retreat continues. It may not be total, but the lean towards less exposure is there. You could be busy doing inner work to address subconscious fears and doubts. Horoscope for the Week:  September 17 2021 Tip of the Week: Autumn Equinox occurs on September 22.  Among the most significant attributes of the chart cast for this exact moment is the Full Moon in Aries – a highly reactive placement. Mars in Libra and Venus in Scorpio, although in mutual reception, add revolutionary depth and other relationship complexities to the plot. Tip of the Week:

Under the waxing light of the Virgo new Moon seed, Venus enters Scorpio on September10 and Mars enters Libra on the 15^th. These are both complicated sign transits for the celestial lovers. Venus in Scorpio will activate deep desires and Mars in Libra can prove edgy and provocative. Yet, they are also in ‘mutual reception’ meaning each is in the other’s ruling sign which contributes a positive influence. It is never a given how these influences will manifest, as is always true in astrology. There is a subjective factor at play and it too has many layers of complexity. Yet, the synchronicities are ever occurring and seeing the true value of the planetary alignments and how these are aligning with and activating your Birth Chart is where consulting an astrologer comes to the fore. In fact, so prevalent are they that existence itself can be understood as a symphony of synchronicities at a cosmic scale.

Horoscope for the Week:  September 3, 2021

Tip of the Week:

All the far planets, Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto currently retrograde remain a headline theme. Far planets retrograde generally produce a counter-culture impulse, something of an Aquarian theme. Thus, mainstream trends and narratives become opposed. This status will continue until October 8 when Pluto takes the lead turning direct again. Then Saturn and Jupiter follow suit on October 12 and 20. Then Neptune on December 4, then Chiron on the 21^st Winter Solstice Day and then, just hours before the Sun enters Aquarius on January 20, Uranus also finally resumes forward motion.

Altogether, this reveals that the revolutionary impulse is strong and will remain especially so for the next six months. Jupiter and Saturn in Aquarius as well, adds to the plot measurably which when retrograde in become increasingly impatient for the future and are oriented to break free from conventional attitudes and orientations. Others who oppose or disagree will be ‘unfriended’ or at least avoided for a while. For now anyway, the social divide will widen.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Balancing social activities with a steadily stronger orientation towards practical interests continues. Meanwhile, bringing your truth down to earth to be heard and shared also remains strong. Horoscope for the Week:  August 27, 2021

 

Tip of the Week:

The Sun, now in Virgo as of August 22, brings its solar energy to Mercury and Mars already in Virgo. The sign of critical thinking and analysis, Virgo often manifests as a strict adherence to empirical facts. In its lower or most basic expression, Virgo simply organizes the facts into logical compartments. In its higher expression, Virgo is associated with holism which can basically be understood as all the parts functioning with all the other parts, whereby the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Holism in its most material expression can be recognized as a machine that requires every part in it, in order to function as it is intended.

Venus in Libra in its most basic expression, meanwhile, activates the appreciation of beauty and harmony. On a more social and political level, it is synchronizing with the aspiration towards fairness and justice. Of course, these are ever subject to perception and interpretation, which are also subject to spin. In like manner, the higher principles of holism present the aspiration to realize the higher ideal socially and politically. As it is, compartmentalization of perception is an ever-present factor.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Although summer only officially ends at the equinox in later September, Virgo time tends to redirect our focus to more practical matters and away from the fun-in-the-sun aspirations of Leo. Positively, your focus has shifted to fix, repair, improve and refine. This may apply to your home, your health, your primary relationships or your lifestyle, in general.

Horoscope for the Week:  August 20, 2021

Tip of the Week:

Leo time yields to Virgo just hours after the Moon waxes to Full, and for the second time in a row in Aquarius. While not an extremely rare event, it is somewhat and worthy of mention. This is especially true since this Aquarius Full Moon occurs at the critical 29^th degree. Positively, this degree is recognized to share association with the higher spiritual alignment. As is the case with the glyph symbol of Aquarius, which is comprised of two wavy lines, principles of vibration and frequency are illustrated. As spiritually aware people recognize, higher vibrations refer to higher dimensions of existence.

As the sign most closely associated with holism, Virgo reveals the appreciation of the technical complexity of the fabric of existence. Whether defined as the engineering of the manifest universe or as metaphysics, both interpretations recognize the inherently intelligent design. Aquarius is also symbolic of illumination of consciousness, or enlightenment, which refers directly to this realization. Ironically, mainstream science asserts that existence is random, which ranks as the most illogical theory of nature ever conceived.

Consolidating your overall foundation is underway. This focus will go to the next effective level this week and you will focus your energies and efforts much more fully yet. This has likely already and will continue to include important exchanges with others. These could prove revolutionary so you are wise to exercise a full measure of diplomacy.

Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)

The Sun entering your sign will add turbo fuel to your already ignited engines. You will push harder than usual, revealing strength and resolve. Somehow, keeping the best and leaving the rest is featured. Striking a balance between bigger picture interests and concerns and those of your more immediate circumstances will likely require extra effort.

Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)

A strong activation of your subconscious mind may be exactly the inspiration you have been waiting for. With Venus in your sign, the desire to express yourself is extra strong. Hopefully, you will be able to harness and harmonize these impulses. Otherwise, you may simply enjoy a period of rest and retreat to reflect and contemplate.

Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

A strong activation of your sense of independence and individuality should be apparent by now. If it is not yet, it will be this week. This could manifest as creative resolve with emphasis on improvements and repairs.  Yet, the energy pattern could also manifest as inventiveness. Combined, the ‘MacGyver’ in you will reveal its ingenuity.

Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)

The opportunist in you has been activated. How this specifically manifests is subject to your heart and soul. For some it will manifest as seeking opportunities to invest, for others to go on an adventure, for yet another segment the emphasis will be towards service, while for others yet it could be the perfect heist. Whatever it is, the scout is on the lookout.

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

You are in a philosophical mood. Although your philosophies are usually strongly guided by practical interests and concerns, sometimes you leave room for idealism as well, like now. Seeing into, through and beyond common sense is leading you to what hopefully amounts to uncommonly good sense, which is evidently not very common.

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)

Deep changes amounting to veritable transformations are underway. The beginning of a new quality of peace and harmony is steadily emerging as well, but you are not free and clear yet. You are probably wise not to expect that you will break free from this metamorphic cycle for perhaps upwards to several weeks. So, cooperate patiently, humbly and faithfully.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)                

For a peace-loving dreamer, you sure can be a warrior at times. This is one of those times and will continue for some weeks yet. Success now depends on your ability to think critically and creatively. As well, your ability to accept and embrace change and transformation and, moreover, to take an active lead to realize it without injury to yourself and others is the mastery you are meant to realize now.
