By now, the destined influence of last week’s Solar Eclipse will be revealing its purpose. Yet, sometimes the impact is delayed due to the specifics on finer details as revealed in our Birth Chart. Venus forming a close conjunction to Pluto as it approaches its stationary point prior to turning retrograde on December 19-20 is the other big news. Of all the planets for it to be in such close and weighted alignment, Pluto indicates a powerful theme of transformation for the duration of the retrograde cycle which includes an exact conjunction right on December 25 and culminating with a triple conjunction with Mars and Pluto on March 3. Venus will finally escape the clutches of Pluto when both she and her lover enter Aquarius within 5-minutes of each other – a rare event indeed. So, something very distinct and powerful is featured in this entire process which began back on November 5 just hours after the Scorpio New Moon. Generally, themes of death and rebirth are implied and are synchronizing with the birth of a new, global culture.
