Wow, this week begins with a lot of new shifts. The Sun entered Aquarius, Uranus turned Direct, and the Lunar Nodes changed signs, and the Moon waxed to Full… This is the main story, but is invariably the short list. There are a lot of layers when it comes to Astrology. Some are more subtle and encompass larger cycles, while others are in the forefront, just like an epic movie. Speaking of which, that is what 2022 will be all about, an epic process. This makes it a great time to be aware and in-tune with your own, personal destiny. Measuring both the deeper themes and the more immediate cycles at play is what Astrology is very much about. Our futures are probable due to the finer details of our destiny, yet we also have free will and then there is the factor of circumstantial reality. Yet, nothing is random and every layer is the expression of a larger, deeper layer of destiny. Awareness of this fact is a cornerstone of being awake.
Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)
The current shifts are producing a rich mix of impulses for us all. For you, this includes looking to the future and securing your foundation more specifically than you have perhaps for some time. The challenge is that there are some very powerful dynamics at play, largely linked to Uranus in Taurus which is likely manifesting as shifting sands.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)
Big drums are beating loudly now. How and where you stand in the world is in focus and question. Your public life and social status in general, and your career perhaps more specifically is under review. You are determined to push through an opposition or obstacles. Freedom is the big word on your mind.
Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)
Seeing through the smoke and clouds to gain a clearer perspective continues and deepens. This is a cornerstone theme with Mercury retrograde in Aquarius. Positively, it is serving to awaken you to previously hidden realities lodged in your subconscious mind. Positively, this awakening is illuminating a whole new level of clarity.
Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)
Aquarius time tends to be deep and complex for you; a time of transformation. This year it comes with the added complexity of Mercury Rx which can lead to a new level of introspection and deepened perspectives. Specifically, the themes are associated with attachment and with priorities. Get clearer about what is truly important.
Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)
A shift of emphasis on relationship fronts is now underway. This does include or will impact your career. Perhaps it is time to be seen and heard more loudly. This could produce new levels of recognition and even fame, yet could also manifest as infamy, so be mindful and proceed with awareness of the larger consequences of your actions taken now.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)
Changes in your lifestyle are underway. Some of these could have come about quite unexpectedly. Yet, there is something special occurring that may practically seem like destiny is clearing the road for you. On the other hand, it is likely also pushing you as well. So, it may not so much feel like an invitation as a command.
Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)
A powerful, creative impulse has been activated. Creating more beauty close to home is likely. This could also include clearing the old to make way for the new. In this regard, you may be challenged to let go of what you once truly wanted and even loved. If the focus is on objects, it could prove much easier than if it includes relationships.
Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)
Aquarius time tends to hit you at a core level. It activates your sense of individuality. Mercury Rx may be stirring a whole new set of perspectives in this regard. The implications may also be far reaching as with reverberating throughout your entire life, your habits, routines and rhythms. Positively, your ambitions have been activated as well.
Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)
Mars in your sign has undoubtedly manifested as some form of pioneering initiative. The Capricorn emphasis has likely also supported a practical attitude. Together, these energies equate to pragmatic thinking. Now, Aquarius says: Future forward! Mercury Rx will support flexible thinking and diplomatic communications.
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)
Aquarius is very much the sign of looking to the future. For you, this comes with philosophical reflection as you contemplate the many and rapid changes unfolding in the world. This is likely triggering a medley of reactions including survival instincts, practical strategies and thoughts about what you can do to be supportive of others.
Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)
Aquarius times will activate the urge to take new initiatives. Uranus in Taurus has for some time been working away at your very foundation including your home, career and deeper themes of purpose and focus as well. Maintaining a secure footing is important and you are focused to this end. Meanwhile, revolutionary waves are washing in pushing you to be aware and adapt.
Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)
An impulse to retreat or to escape is extra strong now. Yet Mars in Sagittarius and soon in Capricorn is spurring your ambitions. With the Capricorn and Taurus influence, you may also want to be busy, to work, if behind the scenes, and get a lot done. Maintaining your focus may prove harder than usual however, so be patient with your productivity.
