Happy Autumn Equinox! This officially marks the last quarter of the year. Symbolically, the annual event aligns with 6 p.m. and the waning half or Last Quarter Moon. Interestingly, the Moon at the time of the equinox will literally be a half or what is technically regarded as a First Quarter Moon. As mentioned last week, the Moon in this phase tends to manifest as edgy and moody, yet also as assertive and reactive. So, get ready for a dramatic autumn season on the world stage.
Specifically, the Moon at the exact moment of Equinox is in the early degrees of sobering Capricorn which generally indicates a strict adherence to practical matters. However, with Saturn, the ruling planet for Capricorn, in Pisces and Neptune there as well, we can expect to experience a continued process of disintegration of established norms and the steady flow of social transformation that is associated with it, and all at a global scale.
Understanding these themes of synchronicity for the season can help to avoid lapsing into reaction and blame. This will prove extra difficult this year, yet now you know and hopefully this will help you to keep your cool and to redirect reactive tendencies to practical accomplishments.
Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)
You are in a dramatic, edgy, and feisty mood as autumn begins. Your attitude and actions are likely to prove rebellious or even revolutionary. How you can harness this dynamic energy pattern is the practical question that will likely be on your mind. Focus on tying loose ends for best results.

Shifts and changes close to home, some of them unexpected and sudden, carried you into this week and, going forward, will continue for a while. Fortunately for you, however, the Sun and Mars in Libra supports a creative and playful impulse that is further supported by Venus in Leo.
