Fake Gold Alert in the West Kootenay’s
The Nelson Police Department would like to alert the public of about an increase fraudulent precious metals in the area. With the increase in gold prices, Nelson Police Department have identified several incidents in which fraudulent gold bullions have been sold in the West Kootenay area.
The Nelson Police Department would like to make the public aware of caution in dealing with, but not limited to, PAMP Swiss gold bullions and Perth Gold bullions.
The Nelson Police Department is also taking the extraordinary step in cautioning the public in purchasing any precious metals from Jordan David Shepherd (37 years old). If the public has purchased any types of precious metals from Mr. Shepherd they are asked to contact the Nelson Police General Investigation Section, at 250-354-3919.
