SUBJECT: Missing Person Complaint – Nelson Police File 21-4887
The Nelson Police Department is asking the public for assistance in the search for 56 year-old Ms. Rain Shields (aka Bella Black).
Ms. Shields, a Nelson resident, has not been heard from since the morning of October 31,
2021 (Sunday).
She is approximately 5’7” with a medium build and was last seen in the area of the 600
block Highway 3A in Nelson, BC.
Nelson Police and friends are concerned for the well-being of Ms. Shields and wish to
locate her as quickly as possible.
Anyone who has spoken to Ms. Shields in the past few days is asked to contact the
