Kalein Centre is a registered non-profit charitable society that traces its origins back to 2009, when a small group of passionate individuals were invited by Kalein’s founder, Sandi Leatherman, to explore the concept of establishing a dedicated hospice house in their community of Nelson, British Columbia.
