Tip of the Week:

 

Leo time has begun and on its heels, on August 23 is a Full Moon in Aquarius. Interestingly, this will be the first of 2 Full Moons in Aquarius, the first at 1 Aquarius 26 and the second  on August 22 at 29 Aquarius 36. It is also worth mentioning that from the perspective of Astrology especially, no two Full Moons are ever the same due to the compound factor that all the planets must be taken into account as a whole. This is the ‘golden rule’ among true astrologers.

During the current Full Moon, Jupiter Retrograde at 0 Pisces is on the verge of re-entering Aquarius itself which it will do on July 28. Meanwhile, Venus, having just entered Virgo, will oppose Jupiter. This is just one factor yet it is a somewhat challenging one whereby the prince and princess of Astrology when in such ‘opposition’ tends to manifest as social ambition and competition. Extravagance vies with wastefulness and a child-like expectancy and entitlement can be an issue. Conscious effort towards modesty and moderation is ideal.

 

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Questions regarding who your true friends are is highlighted this week. This extends to who you are not on your journey and what you need and value. Naturally, these change over time. Extra efforts may be required to keep the peace especially since Mercury is in Cancer where thoughts and perceptions are more subjective than usual.

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

Home and family take the spotlight this week. You yearn for quality time shared more than usual. Strong emotions will guide your thinking and upsets are quite possible, or at least some sentimental ,   possibly teary, moments. Otherwise, you are in the mood to play. Just be careful that fun and games do not take a sudden turn to hard ball.

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 21)

Your energy levels have been running quite high and this will continue. You have likely been enjoying some fun in the sun quality time of late. This trend will also continue yet will also include a more sober and serious approach towards making improvements. Cleaning and doing repairs is featured. In the deeper end, philosophical thoughts are on your mind.

Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)

The recent New Moon in your sign culminates now and will synchronize with a definite wave of change in terms of emotions linked to your social network.  Mercury in your sign will likely manifest as stronger emotional expressions than usual. Your critical faculties will be running strong as well serving to raise your energy levels but perhaps also your blood pressure.

Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)

A busy time behind the scenes will now enter a more obvious, frontal assault of deliberate assertion. That’s what is likely to happen when the Sun enters your own sign and when it happens to be Leo! Yet, your critical faculties will also be running strong leading you to practical considerations above all, such as how to save money.

A busy cycle begins both behind the scenes and involving stronger outward expressions, as well. Your focus will be towards making improvements. Positively, this will amount to a creative cycle during which time projects awaiting their time can begin. Gathering tools and materials is especially likely and may constitute the greater measure of your efforts.

Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)

The Sun transit through Leo will have the effect of activating a strong sense of your individuality. Some of this may come about by way of inner work or at least emerge as if out of the blue from your subconscious mind. If the latter is true, the effects may be a little delayed, yet will also be strong and more evident.

Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

This is your moment of opportunity to get some well deserved attention. To this end, you may find yourself working harder than usual. Neither will you be in the mood to ‘suffer fools gladly’. Your resolve stands to be ambitious, determined and pragmatic. In fact, others may regard your actions as revolutionary, or at least markedly rebellious.

Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)

Tip of the Week:

As the Sun enters its final phase of Cancer, which is symbolically related to Pisces, we arrive at a significant juncture. This juncture can be understood as having a distinctly spiritual flavor to it due to the contributing factors of Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces. As usual, there are two sides of the story, the lower and the higher. The lower refers to mass denial, irrational survival instincts ironically leading to suicidal feelings and actualities especially among many of our youth feeling despair in light of an uncertain future, and also contributing to addiction and escapism. The high side reveals a steady flow process of spiritual awakening revealing a deep sense of unity and compassion for all beings subject to this common-denominator global crisis and which is serving also to break us free of the limitations of religious, dogmatic beliefs. The July 9 New Moon further reveals a theme of revolution significantly linked to the economy. Altogether, adapting to the Kali forces of change and destruction is challenging, yet wise.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

The emphasis on home and family continues. Yet, now it turns to themes of love and romance, as well, or at least to fun in the sun and quality time shared. Since the Moon rules the sign of mothering,   nurturing, family, ancestry, home and security, these themes are emphasized when it transits through its own sign. During its annual conjunction to the Sun in this sign of nurses, healers, empaths, counselors and nurturers in general, it sows a celestial seed cycle that activates the impulse for families to gather. In this chart, Venus and Mars are closely aligned in Leo and will form an exact conjunction on July 13, adding a playful, passionate and romantic theme to the plot. Horoscope for the Week:  July 2, 2021

Tip of the Week:

July is the 7^th Month and when added to the Universal 5-Year produced by the addition of the numbers in 2021, the result is 12, which further adds to 3. Thus, July is a Universal 12/3 Month. While not technically the Master Number that 11 is, the archetypal significance of 12 is indeed special. Interestingly, Jupiter Neptune are both retrograde in Pisces,  the 12th Sign of the Zodiac and will be throughout July.

The significance of 12 is why we have 12 Zodiac Signs, 12 months, 2 x 12 hours in a day with 12 midnight and 12 noon symbolic of Winter and Summer Solstice and the all-important conjunction and opposition aspects in Astrology. Then there are the 12 Meridians and the 12 Nodes in the brain and the list goes on… 12 is also symbolic of breaking patterns based on efforts to see  ourselves and the world  and in the world in new and better ways. Horoscope for the Week:  June 25, 2021

Tip of the Week:

Summer has finally, officially begun. Its first gift is the fact that Mercury in Gemini has also turned direct after 3-weeks of retrograde motion. Because Mercury was in its own ruling sign, it may not have proven to be as difficult as usual, yet it probably still produced real reversals and turnarounds for some, for better or worse.

Now, we are in what is called the 3-week ‘shadow period’ which is the time period during which time Mercury retraces the ‘degrees’ it went over while retrograde. What this also indicates is that those degrees were ‘transited’ by Mercury three times: first while direct, second by retrograde, and third when by direct motion again. This is always true of the planet-retrograde-process and can be understood as a triple stitching of key themes of destiny.

So, the Sun in Cancer marking Summer Solstice as of June 20 and  Jupiter in Pisces turned Retrograde the same day, Mercury Direct as of June 22, Neptune Retrograde on June 25 and Venus enters Leo on June 26.

 

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Now that summer is officially here, balancing your time between work, home, family and fun in the sun has also returned. Despite the ongoing plight of the human condition, you are determined to weave in some playtime. Horoscope for the Week:  June 18, 2021

Tip of the Week:

Last week’s Solar Eclipse comes to its First Quarter phase, or half moon, this week.  By now, the impact of it should be evident, but sometimes there is a delay and it comes to objective clarity at the Full Moon, and/or it manifests as a series of synchronistic events, again coming to fuller awareness within the first two weeks. Without the astrological knowledge of what these synchronicities imply, it is common for people to chalk them up to coincidences subject to the circumstantial flow of outer events and, thereby, miss out on understanding the deeper synchronicities implied. In other words, the ego-mind relegates the events according to lower-minded perspectives.

The higher mind awareness reveals clarity regarding our destiny and offers valuable insights to understanding the synchronicities of life as opportunities for evolutionary growth of the soul.  In short, we can either live in the lower mind of random circumstances as we tend to our ego-centric perspectives, or we can awaken to live life consciously and with vision in accordance with the purpose of our incarnation. This is the wisdom that astrology can provide.

 

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

As Summer Solstice fast approaches, you find yourself focused on completing projects started earlier in the season to make room for some fun in the sun. Cancer (Jun 22 – Jul 22)

Some measure of retreat or turning inward to meditate and contemplate more deeply upon what is true and what you have come to believe will be activated by this eclipse. The compelling fact is that just because you believe something it does not mean it is true. Courage and resolve is required to see truly and denying it won’t help much either, at least not in any genuinely spiritual sense.

Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 23)

A boost to your sense of originality and/or individuality is now underway.  With Mercury retrograde, it could lead you to wishful thinking or over idealistic interpretations regarding others. Therefore, avoid assumptions and listen more as you communicate. Consider that objective reality is the illusion that we partake in since we all experience it subjectively.

Virgo (Aug 24 – Sep 22)

The influence of this eclipse is slated to continue until the next eclipse season in six months. So, during this time and starting now, you will experience activation in your public life and professional arena. Mars in Cancer at the time of the eclipse will push you to a rebellious and/or revolutionary assertion, and now in Leo, requires courage.

Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)

The air element factor of this eclipse aligns well with your air sign nature. However, Mercury is destined to play a role at this time of leaving you feeling a little lost and confused. This is a temporary factor, but it could last a while, months even, yet with increasingly less potency. Other factors point to a drive to get to the bottom of things, yet may require new tools and guidance.

Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

You have entered a complex cycle. It was anchored with the eclipse, and will linger for a while, as long as several months in extreme instances. However, other more favorable cycles are serving to soften some of the edge. Positively, these impulses can be harnessed to increase your power and influence in the world. Free your mind and the rest will follow.

Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)

Fresh starts in your relationship life have been activated. The pursuit of new kinds of knowledge is featured. You will have to discipline your focus to achieve this successful piece. With your confidence levels rising, this is probably a good time to start. Your energy levels and with heightened ambitions, combined, makes this a good time to reach for your dreams.

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

Many new thoughts regarding what you deem true and important are running through your mind. At worst, you feel overwhelmed with information and scattered in your perspectives and focus. Positively, your powers of critical analysis are stronger than usual, yet so too is your susceptibility to be influenced.  So, you may want to direct your vigilance to what you are learning and the reliability of the source.

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 19)

You have entered a creative cycle. Yet, Mercury retrograde is contributing layers of complexity blocking you from interpreting reality as clearly as you might believe. This influence will be alleviated over the coming weeks, albeit possibly slowly. Circumstances may be requiring you to give more, yet you may feel reluctant to do so. In fact, you are more inclined to rebel and even fight than to idly yield.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)

Changes close to home in close time proximity to this Solar Eclipse, perhaps a bit prior or perhaps coming to full consciousness soon, is a central theme now.
